Step 1

put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead vigorously until the dough becomes smooth and homogeneous.

Cover and let the dough rest for 30 minutes in a warm place, away from air.

Divide the dough into 3 equal parts, roll to form 3 long sausages. Form a braid.
